Membership Application & Requirements
 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a current student or graduate of an accredited beauty, makeup, or wardrobe program.

• Must provide proof of graduation (certificate, diploma).

Application Submission

 

Applicants must submit the following:

​

1. Completed Questionnaire and Membership Application

2. Proof of School Completion (certificate, diploma, or transcript)

3. Letter of Recommendation – must come from an accredited school or production department head and be on official letterhead.

 

Once all documents are received, the application moves to the Document Review Process.
